Workout routine in Covid times!

I bought some supplements this month (August). I have drunk for 3 weeks until today two very famous supplements of diet: L – carnitine and Whey Protein.

This entry is for leave some information about how to drink those supplement when someone is following a regular diet (low fats and high proteins) and an active fitness plan (three times for week).

I found information about the benefits of L- carnitine and Whey Proteins if they are used correctly. L – carnitine must be drunk pre- workout because the effect of this supplement is to take in fats into mitochondria for producing energy. Whey Protein (I’m using Isopure Protein) must be used post- workout because help to increase protein in your body for gain more lean muscle.
